Area:
Which area you find interesting depends on your personal preferences. However, a truly great environment will have several key characteristics, including amenities, affordability, and appearance. The size of the land on which your house will be built can also be determined by your environment.
Development:
Future convenience is as important as what is available now. New urban infrastructure plans, including public transport, schools, hospitals, and other facilities, can significantly increase the value of the local real estate.
Real estate values can also increase as a result of commercial development. If new public, commercial, or residential buildings are expected, before you start your housing hunt, try to research them and consider how they might affect the attractiveness of the neighborhood.
